Looking for a good Laptop?Check ASUS R558UQ-DM540D review

You are in a budget and you are looking for a good laptop? Then you can consider ASUS R558UQ-DM540D. I am using this laptop for 3 months and after extensive uses, I am giving this review. Laptop price is around 42000 to 45000 INR.

PROS:

1) In 44000 INR, you are getting full HD display.
2) It is 7th gen Intel i5 processor and means it is latest one.
3)You will get a good chiclet keyboard.
4)Battery life is OK-ish. It will give you 3 to 3.30 hours of battery life of medium to heavy uses. Standby time is also good.
5) In this range,Performance is decent.
6) Now a days,all new devises are coming with USB-C type port. With this laptop, you will gen USB type C port. Which is a plus point.
7) This laptop is coming with 2years of default warranty and another one year extended warranty.
8) With NVIDIA-940MX, you can play most of the game fluently with very minimum to no lag.
9) In sound department, it has "Bang & Olufsen ICEpower". In headphone you will get some extra bass and clarity.
10) Touch pad  is great. You will not need extra mouse.

CONS:

1) Display quality is good but side view is not that great.
2)This laptop is not coming with windows pre installed. So, you have to purchase OS separately .
3)It is having only 4gb of RAM. Which is lagging behind with the competition in this price range.(I have installed another 4 GB of RAM costing 2400/INR)
4) This HDD is 5400 RPM. It is bit slow to response.
5) Keyboard is not backlit (but in this price range you will not find backlit keyboard)
6) Sound speaker out put is bad. In this particular model, loud speaker is in bad position.
7) It is a heavy laptop. It's weight is around 3kg, which is bit heavy.

Samsung become top in Indian market replacing Xiaomi

Previously Xiaomi was on top in Indian smartphone market but now Samsung is in the first place. Samsung is doing good with A series M series and S series in the Indian market. Samsung has promised 4 years of software update and 5 years of security patches for A series and S series. Which is gold standard in the industry, even Google is providing three years of update. Now a days Chinese smartphone maker like Oppo, Oneplus are promising five years of security update and four years software update . Due to this frequent update and global chip shortage, Samsung is changing premium for the devices. Previously within 25 thousand, we got great A series smartphone but not price is increased by huge margin. It is very good for consumers that they can use device for long time like iPhone.
