China is investing hugely with $474.81 bn. 3dr is Japan... Japan is known for the reliable products. Japan is spending around $186.64 bn. Our India is in 6th place and our R&D investment is near about $83.27 bn. As far the ranking goes, Germany is in 4th place, South Korea is in 5th place and France is in 7th place.
